Installation error with grails 1.3.6

Trying to install on a clean, grails-1.3.6 application. And I got following

                ::          UNRESOLVED DEPENDENCIES         ::

                ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

                :: org.springframework#spring-test;latest.release: not found

                ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Failed to install plugin [mail-1.0-SNAPSHOT]. Plugin has missing JAR dependencies.

grails install-plugin mail 0.9
