New functions and improvements:
AAC support for NKInternetRadio
Saving application settings

Bug fixes:
Fixed NKNavigationController's method addItemWithTitle
Fixed bug when some radio stations did not play
Fixed radio function playFromURL when it was not working without
callback
Important! If you updated from version 1.1 and have projects created
using version 1.1 please recreate projects using version 1.2 template
or newer and move your html files there. Otherwise your projects will
be still v1.1. Version 1.2 and all future released won't have this
problem and will be automatically updated.
