New Features:
1. Orientation support
2. Added ability to use GET parameters when navigating between pages
3. Ability to show/hide navigation bar
4. Animated navigation between pages without navigation controller
5. Address Book people picker
6. Progress Bar
7. Unique phone identification
8. Callback every time when page is shown (does not matter if it's loaded)
Bug fixes:
1. 20 pixels black stripe on page bottom
2. NKInternetPlayer memory leak
3. Bugs in documentation
