NIMBLE version 1.4.3 released

We've released version 1.4.3 of nimble.

This is a micro release that:

•  fixes a bug causing incorrect results when using the prior_samples MCMC sampler,
• makes some internal changes requested by CRAN, and
• fixes various corner cases.
