Now those who know me, know I a big advocate of Free Speech. There is
however a limited on Free Speech. The Admin of NIM Busters as well
HOSTDIME.COM believes that NIM BUSTERS is protected by the First
Amendment. NIM Busters Began from What I understand as a parody Site,
or as lloyd davies put in his recent podcast (i'm paraphrase here) "a
place to kick back and have some fun, and not take it seriously." The
problem Is however, that there is a fine line between what is a parody
and slander and libel. Parodies are protected by the first amendment,
as a form of artistic creativity and expressionism. Slander and Libel
however is NOT protected by the First Amendment and High fines and even
jail time is even possible. I got invovled with NIM Busters When It
told to me on the NEWSGROUP rec.radio.amateur.policy to stop posting
She-male pictures on NIM BUSTERS (when in fact I was not) I posted many
times on my blog that I had never posted She-Males pictures on that
site, NOR did I want to have anything to do with that site. Well the
Dumbass came to blog and started harassing me (thanks to the many links
posted on NIM BUSTERS) and then the son of a Bitches has me TOS off the
Internet. They claim it was my fault that I was tos and mine alone,
However the reality is they were the one who complainted, if they
wouldn't of complainted I would have been tossed. So in reality those
fuckers are to blame!! There is a old fucking saying that goes what
fucking goes' around comes around and well bitches, your fucking time
is up....I done fucking with you people and I will continue to complain
untill YOUR SORRY ASSES ARE OFF LINE.....LIFES A BITCH HUH??? YOU
