Todd, here is the way to go. Getting Rid of Nimbusters will be easy.
Here is their Terms of Service agreement. Each time you see a incident
of racism. Then you fire off a complaint to
ab...@hostdime.com because according to their TOS agreement HostDime
doesn't allow it. It took me about 15 seconds to find the first example
of racism on Nimbusters. For example:

Almost every poster on Nimbusters is a racist. The ones to watch
closely are: C18Thug, NewsGuy and Rabbi Dean Roberts. None of the three
can make a post with out being racist or making terrorist threats. I
counted 33 on the first page alone. Stanley will not be able to remove
them fast enough. They messed with your freedom of speech, here we go
messing with theirs. At some point I think you should file a police
report and send it by mail to HostDime. They did after all threaten
your life and post your name and address. This could be the final nail
in the Nimbuster coffin.

After we take care of them on HostDime we can do the same thing when
they change hosts or clean up their act.

immediately. They are required to remove the content within a certain
timeframe or will face account suspension and/or termination.

We prefer that you self-govern your content and remain responsible and
all-knowing of what your website publically provides. Even if other
users have access to your account, you are responsible for their
actions. The resources and time needed to govern our servers by
checking each website individualy, which have growing and evolving
content, is impossible. However, if HostDime.com, Inc. is made aware of
any questionable content on a HostDime-hosted site, we will address the
concerns immediately and directly with you to seek an amiable
resolution. If any person contacts us about content they have found on
a HostDime server that copyrights their own material or that they wish
to be removed, we require a proper DMCA notice to begin investigation.

Liabilities

HostDime.com, Inc., makes no endorsement, claims, or promises regarding
the services offered by our customers and will not be held liable for
any disputes or claims against said customers. In no event shall
HostDime.com, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages
whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of a customer web site
or from any information, services or products provided through a
customer web site. If there is questionable content on any server in
our network, we will not take any action against any material or action
until the website is brought to our attention by contacting our abuse
