Regarding Subscription & health checkup

Dear members,

Decision taken in NITA GB Meeting held on  24-10-2016 at Lawly Institute.

Members who have not paid the NITA subscription amount for the past year (2015-2016) are requested to pay the subscription amount on or before 30th November 2016. Otherwise NITA will be forced to remove your membership. So kindly pay your subscription on or before 30th November 2016 to continue as a member and avoid removal of membership.

Master health checkup  is organised by Confed and will be executed by NITA at a very discount price. Members and family members can avail this.

Details are furnished below :

Name of the TEST: Aarogyam 1.1 (33 Paramaters) 

Liver Profile [11]

Lipid Profile (Cholesterol Profile) [8]

Renal Profile [5]

Pancreas Profile [2]

Iron Deficiency Profile [3]

Thyroid Profile [TSH,T3,T4]

Serum Electrolytes [Sodium & Chloride]

Note: I have attached the detail list of tests to be conducted 

Actual Rate Rs 2600/- Online rate for the above test is Rs 850/-

We have got a quote for Rs 400/- for the test. 

Out of Rs 400/- Confed would sponsors Rs 200 and the balance to be paid by the Member.

This option can be utilized for your family members, Staff etc. But the confed share of Rs 200 would be applicable only for the member.

The same test is also available on home collection option too but an additional charge of Rs 200 would be collected by thyrocare for home collection ..

DEAR MEMBERS,

Most of the members have not paid the NITA subscription amount for the year 2015-2016, members who have participated in chit, they are eligible for the dividend amount., So Chit members decided to adjust the amount for subscription in the last GB meeting.

Members who are not participated in the chit and have not paid the subscription amount should pay the amount on or before 29th Dec 2016. 

Members who are paid the subscription only, will be eligible for insurance.

I request members to give the details for insurance, payment for insurance along with subscription should be paid before 29th Dec 2016.

All members are eligible for 5 lakhs insurance refund amount.
