Dear Colleagues:

If you are or someone you know is interested in pursuing an
International Business Ph.D. with a concentration in Information
Systems, please go to the website:
http://academics.utep.edu/Default.aspx?alias=academics.utep.edu/cobaphd
and follow instructions, complete and submit the online application, and
specify that you are interested in the information systems
concentration.  Please send the completed application as soon as
possible.

Review of applications is ongoing.  Review of applications for spring
admission begins in September 1, and review of applications for fall
admission begins in January 15.

If you are admitted as an IB Ph.D. student, you will receive a stipend
worth US$18,000 per year for 4 years provided you remain in good
standing in the Ph.D. program.  If you are AACSB academically qualified,
you will also be able to make another $3000 during the summer each
summer.  We have six stipends for well-qualified Ph.D. students.  If you
are accepted and AACSB academically qualified you will also have an
opportunity to teach, as a part-time instructor, when appropriate
courses are available.
