Show individual "keystrokes" on setValue

Currently, when using `setValue` in nightwatch.js, input values are "pasted" i.e. inputs are populated all at once. Is there a way to "type" values with a delay between keystrokes to better emulate a human typing? Without adding `.pause(10)` between each rule?
