Hi All!
I don't know if I'm supposed to be posting this stuff on our wet paint
site, but I'd really like to find a bible study in the LA area. A
group located downtown would be great, but I'm willing to drive a
bit.
Does anyone have any leads? Thanks!

Hola,
I know I'm not alone in this Bible Study effort. A few of us were
thinking that we might start our own downtown bible study. Post here
if you're interested. We're thinking maybe Tuesday nights- maybe the
first Tuesday of the month? We would still need to talk to Fr.
Francis about some leadership, methods and maybe space? Maybe with
everyone's effort we can get this up and running in a few weeks!

Hey everyone!
I'm down too! I wonder if Father Francis could facilitate something
like this? I know he's a super busy man, but perhaps he can carve out
some time for this. I'll shoot him an email and let you know what he
thinks!

I think I'm going to check out Pasadena's Bible study at holy family
tomorrow night (Wednesday) with a co-worker. Anyone want to come
with? Let me know.

Hello Everyone!
Please keep me posted on having a Bible Study group in downtown. We use to have a young adult that gathered and read the Bible at Our Mother of Good Counsel (my parish) but for one reason or another the group slowly broke up. I found reading the Bible and sharing with others a very rewarding experience!

Last week I ended up at the Bible Study at Holy Family Church in
Pasadena. This is not specifically a young adults bible study, but it
did look very interesting last week. Basically it's a five week
series on the book of revelations. Week one was kind of an intro.
Week 2 will cover Ch 1-5 (read ahead!) and so on. I'm planning on
going back this Wednesday. It begins at 7pm.
I think it would be really great to participate in someone else's
Bible Study before we start our own. Hope you can make it!
