Source code cleanup

All,

I've cleaned out the source tree. Don't worry, the kernel and it's include files have not been touched. However, all the miscellaneous header files I created have been removed.

I'm still working on the cross compiler, however, I think the one I referenced should work for our needs.

Please pull from Development using Git so that you are current.

BTW, if you are developing in Windows, you can try to setup Eclipse CDT. It has built-in GIT support and will probably make synchronizing the branches a lot easier if the command line Git Shell is challenging.
