I attach the program for the 5th annual symposium of the Walter Sisulu Paediatric Cardiac Centre for Africa, at the Netcare Auditorium, Maude Street, Sandton on the 30th and 31st of March 2012.
To facilitate arrangements I would be grateful if you would inform me if you are able to attend and which members of your unit/department will also be coming. Please also include your perfusionists, nurses etc.
There is no registration fee. We have a block booking at the Balalaika Hotel adjacent to the venue. Jacqui Stander (wspc...@netcare.co.za) will be able to facilitate your bookings. Delegates will unfortunately be liable for their hotel expenses, but I am hoping that we will be able to obtain some sponsorship to partially offset the cost of staying at the hotel.
We really look forward to your attendance and that of your colleagues. Please help us by indicating who and how many will be attending.
