Team Bistro,
I sent out the Mid Term Exams.  If you did NOT receive one, then it is IMPERATIVE that you contact Mr. Leke or Dr. Lola over at Lonadek ASAP..........

Do NOT contact me first, as there are some administrative matters that need to be cleaned up with Lonadek first.........  Once I get the OK from Lonadek, I will send out those remaining Mid Term Exams....

For those who DID receive your exams, you have until Midnight next Saturday MY TIME to finish them up and get them submitted to me.  I am at GMT+7 hours so figure out what time you need to get it in.

Also remember that in addition to your exam, (5 hours MAXIMUM) I also expect a weekly report from you......   So leave time for BOTH......

Good luck!!!

BR,
Dr. PDG, Jakarta

Dear Onos,

Following our discussion, please find mail below exluding Shell Participants from Mid-Term exams for non payment to Lonadek.

According to Leke, you are expected to write to Lonadek informing them of their payment status and ask them to schedule Shell participants for the mid term exams.

Otherwise they shall be excluded from the mid term exams and other accessments including the final AACE CCC/CCE, EVP, etc Certification exams.

Please we need your urgent assistance and intervention as quickly as possible.

Thanks & Regards,
Austin (On behalf of Shell Participants).

Dear Onos,
I have spoken with Mercy and she confirmed that you have both sorted out
all necessary request and documentations. I am glad that you are
submitting our documents this afternoon for onward processing.
Exclusions from Mid-Term exams is a matter of company's policy and not any
of my doing. I however promise to put forward a request for approval to my
Operations Manager to enable SPDC candidates write their Mid-Term
Examination. Thereafter, I will contact Dr. Paul Giammalvo to send the
Mid-term Examination info to Austine and his colleagues. I am sure all
these challenges will be resolved today.
Thanks for your understanding.
Regards,
Leke

Hello Austin,
We had discussions with Onos this afternoon and he promised to resolve all
issues relating to this scenario as soon as possible. I have followed up
with Dr. Paul on the Mid Term Exams too and am sure he should be able to
set your people up before COB this week.

Well done Onos for your hardwork!! Hopefully, everyone should be happy by
weekend!!!

Regards,

Leke

Hi Mr. Leke and Mr. Onos,
Glad to see you were able to sort out the issues.

What I will do is to follow exactly the same process I did for the other group- I will send out the exams on Sunday morning my time, March 24th about 07:00 and everyone will have one week to do complete 5 questions with a time limit of 5 hours total time.  They will be due back in my in box NLT 07:00 my time (GMT+7) Sunday morning on the 31st of March. (Midnight Saturday, 23 March Lagos time until Midnight Saturday, 30 March, Lagos time.)

Anyone submitting their exams AFTER that time will receive a zero on the mid term exam.

The exams will go out to the following people, with the understanding these exams are NOT to be shared with anyone else:
Kentebe Mary,
Ugboma Asibeli,
Iserhienrhien Austin
Okonweze Hycienth
