Hey Jim,

it appears that the 2008 installer copies the files to the same
location as the 2005 installer:

Ignacio,

I'll see if I can make them unified and one installer. It looks like
it might actually work.

Ok, so now I've actually made it so that the installer intentionally copies all the files to one location for both the versions of visual studio. See issue 42 for more details (http://code.google.com/p/niftyplugins/issues/detail?id=42). This has not gone out to general release yet.
