Another update.

Hi all,

I've updated experimental versions of both plugins. Underneath I've
done some major cleanup of the code to be more coherent and use some
cleaner code. This has lead to some new features:

NiftyPerforce:
* Show in p4win
* More hooks to automatically checkout files (more robust)
* New configuration method

NiftySolution:
* New configuration
* Ability to add custom paths for files to include in quick-open.
