Updated versions of the plugins.

Hi all,

There has been a couple of updates the last days,

Martin Ecker (HMS) submitted a lot of enhancements:

* Diff file against depot (uses the diff tool set in p4win)
* Show revision history (uses p4win)
* Revert file
* A toolbar with icons
* Plugin configuration changes have an immediate effect and do not
require a restart of Visual Studio

Amongst other fixes are the Paste-bug, paste operations would
previously not automatically checkout a file for edit.
