Boxing Day is celebrated in various parts of the world on every 26 December which is the day after the Christmas day. The day has been referred with various names in different parts of the world such as the shopping day, Stephen’s Day, the Day of Goodwill and others. However, no matter the name given to the celebration, its basic tenets are virtually the same across the world. It is a day of gift giving, showing appreciation and the shopping day. A lot of activities can be used to mark the Boxing Day such as family gathering, shopping, outdoor recreation, casual meals and music. Offer gifts to others

Traditionally, the Boxing Day is the day that people appreciate others who render some services to them. There is the tendency for some people to think of only employers here.
