Graduation project and graduation show

Dear students,   Please show your final work of GP to your mentor, if there is any correction or modification in it and make it final by 14th of May, and give it for Hard bound.   please submit 2 copy of hard bound of your GP to the DFT Department by 17th May, 12pm. ( 1 copy for RC and 1 copy for DFT department.)   Instruction for Hard bound already given to you, for your reference you can see the previous year copy also which are there in the department.   External Jury on 21st and 22nd May, each group will have 20 mins presentation followed by q. and answer session from Jury,      Please note after the External Jury on 21st and 22nd May,   Three departments , DFT department, FMS department & PG design Department, together will conduct the graduation show and international conference on 24th May, at Royal Tulip ...( 5star hotel ) in kharghar, at 2.45PM . where best projects of all these three department will get the opportunity to do their presentation, and will get the certificates for the same.   Many industry members are also invited in this national conference, and out of which some of the industry experts will also give their presentation in the conference.   The best 3 three project of DFT department will get the opportunity to present their work . in the form of paper presentation. 1) Best Innovative project 2) Best commercially viable project 3) Best graduation project.   For each presentation 10 minutes will be given to students, and it will be in the form of paper presentation.     The programme will be of 4 hours followed by high tea.   On 25th May will be covocation, fashion show by KD & FD, followed by dinner.   It is mandatory for all students of semester VII to participate on 24th and 25th May.   Best of luck to all of you.
