I am pleased to introduce "Employee Referral Policy" to all of you. 
Please find attached the policy for your reference.

We have following positions open on immediate basis :

PROJECT:

1. BD Executive :1-2 yrs sales experience. Good communication skills required, organised. 
   
   
2. Project Sales Manager : 4-5 years sales experience. From the related decor industry - Lighting, furniture, flooring. Someone with experience of handling corporate project sales and execution. Established contacts with Architects, pmc, electrical contractors.
   
   
3. Project Sales exec : 1-2 yrs experience. Preferably from related industry, but thats not a must. Someone who has experience with a client facing role. Good communication skills, Go getter.

RETAIL:

           1. Store manager

               5-8+ years of experience in retail, handling store, staff and processes. 

              

           2. Online manager

               3-5yrs of experience in cataloging, handled E commerce with vendor interaction

               

          3. Marketing Manager:

              Someone who has handled social media, FB posts and updates, planned marketing                campaigns with tight budgets. For Oorjaa

              

          4. Sales exec:

             2 -3 yrs of experience in store sales on the floor from related fields.

             

          5. Jnr DESIGNER :

              Fresher to 1+ yrs of experience with product design and graphic design knowledge.

Remuneration : As per experience and industry exposure.
