As you are well aware that Master of Fashion Management (MFM) a 2 years Post Graduate Programme was introduced by Department of Fashion Management Studies at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), a statutory Institute under the Act of Parliament (NIFT Act 2006) in the year 2007, in response to the high demand and request of Fashion industry.
In the realm of dynamic industry conditions, the objective of this programme is to impart educational training in apparel specific marketing, merchandising and management to the students to empower them to be a well-equipped professional. The Fashion Industry Internship Training (FIIT) is one of the evaluation tools of their course curriculum, which assess the student’s ability to correlate and apply learning from various inputs as a demonstrated outcome and also provide opportunities for students to appreciate and understand the working of the Industry.
