As discussed, the recruitment drive is scheduled on 5th March (Saturday), 2016 at Decathlon Store- Sarjapura.

We would like to invite all interested students (irrespective of the department) to come for the placement drive;
Our objective is to recruit those who demonstrate strong leadership traits, customer oriented and sportive mindset :)

We are recruiting SALES MANAGERS who will be the face of Decathlon across India and quickly grow to the level of Store Manager.
The compensation offered for the role of Sales Manager is INR 30,000 per month. Once the probation period is validated (0-6 months), they are eligible to receive additional 0-20% Monthly Bonus.

As explained, we are looking for our Future Store Managers in next 9-12 months and I am expecting right team mates to join us :)


The Details are:
Venue: Decathlon Store (SARJAPURA) 
Survey 96/1(Old No.96),Sarjapura road, after Kodathi Village,Varthur Hobli, Railway Station road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035;

Time: 06.30AM sharp. 

Dress Code: Comfortable, for Sports.

I will request you to circulate this email to all students and ask them to carry a copy of their resume.

The recruitment process is simple and our objective is to find those who fit in our values and company culture. We are not judging the capacity of any student and I hope the results are taken in a positive frame of mind.
