Please forward the attached mail to passing out batch so that we can get to know the total number of parents/family members who would be attending convocation and graduation show. We need the separate list for lunch and dinner attendees. So we will be able to make the necessary arrangements.

Subject: Urgent DC invitation confirmation

Dear Students,

Please confirm whether your parents/family members will attend the convocation and graduation show to take place on 25th May 2014. One invite will be given per student which gives entry for both convocation as well as graduation show. It also entitles two people for lunch and dinner. If you have more guests, you will have to pay Rs. 1500/- per head. Kindly confirm the final number for lunch and dinner separately by tomorrow as necessary arrangements have to be made.
