सक्षम प्राधिकारी के निर्देशानुसार, विश्व पर्यावरण दिवस अभियान से संबंधित विभिन्न गतिविधियों का विभागवार वितरण संलग्न पत्रक में दर्शाए अनुसार किया गया है। सभी विभागाध्यक्षों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने विभाग के समक्ष उल्लिखित गतिविधियों का समन्वय एवं सफल क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें। आयोजित गतिविधियों की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट, उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले फोटोग्राफ तथा अन्य संबंधित विवरण/दस्तावेज सहित, समेकित रिपोर्ट तैयार करने हेतु अधोहस्ताक्षरी एवं Manmohan Patidar को उपलब्ध कराने का कष्ट करें। कृपया विभिन्न गतिविधियों हेतु संलग्न सामान्य बैनर का उपयोग किया जाए।

As per the directions of the Competent Authority, various activities pertaining to the World Environment Day Campaign have been distributed department-wise, as detailed in the enclosed file.
All Heads of Departments are requested to kindly coordinate and ensure execution of the activities assigned against their respective departments. A detailed report of the activities conducted, along with high-resolution photographs and other relevant details/documents, may please be shared with the undersigned and Mr. Manmohan Patidar, JE (Civil) for compilation of the consolidated report. Please use the attached common banner for various activities
