Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from the Office of Outreach Activities (OOA),  Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur!

We are organizing a five-day residential Leadership Development Programme, “Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP)”, under the Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

The upcoming session will be held 20–24 March 2026 at IIT Kanpur (subsequent sessions will be conducted later in the year).

The programme is open to permanent faculty members of Centrally Funded Institutions, State Public-Funded Universities, Grant-in-Aid/Public-Funded Colleges, and Private HEIs/Self-Financing Colleges, and aims to strengthen leadership and academic administrative competencies.

In this regard, we request your kind support in circulating this information among the faculty members of your institution and nominating at least two eligible faculty members for participation in this programme.

Registration is limited to 40 participants, and nominations will be accepted up to 1 March 2026 or until seats are filled, whichever is earlier.

The course fee of ₹50,000 per participant will be borne by the Ministry of Education under the MMTTP scheme (covering academic charges, study materials, and boarding & lodging). Travel expenses will be borne by the participant’s parent institution or the participant.

Registration (MMTTP portal):
https://mmc.ugc.ac.in/registration/Index

(Travel arrangements should be made only after formal confirmation from IIT Kanpur.)
