Meeting on 16th

Hi NIEVIANs,

We have about 2 more weeks to our official HCA visit...Hence I think
we should meet this Friday to discuss the flow of the programmes and
tie down some loose ends...

We will meet at TR59 at 5pm ok...If some of you have modules that are
no longer running in the early afternoon, please let me know so i can
try to reschedule the meeting to an earlier time...

Also, please be prepared to meet at least once more before we go down
on the 30th...

The agenda for this Friday is as follows:

--> Establish progress of video production
--> Finalize programme details:

1. Flow of programme
2. Video Cam
3. Prizes
4. Origami-making session
5. Making of board to stick paper animals
6. Baby photos
7. Other programmes (including backup)
8. Finalize attendance for the 30th, meet-up time etc.

If there is anything that I have missed out or you would like to
include, please let me know...Thanks and c u guys soon!

why don't we all DIRECTLY email to shaun and not the yahoogroups - of our free timings on Friday? Email by tonight so that Shaun can get back to us asap.

Shaun if its 75% attendance, then i suppose the meeting can move on... AND as long as the "major" people are there i.e.: origami, video - a representative who can explain the stuff.
