Hey NIEVIANs,

Below are updates on today's meeting (160410):

1. Dressing
Please wear your blue orientation t-shirt for the visit to HCA on
300410.

2. Location
HCA is diagonally opposite Tan Tock Seng Hospital. From the main
entrance of TTSH, you need to walk about 200m down a slope. It is
across the road on the left hand side. Do call me if you get lost.
People leaving from school, please contact Michael or make
arrangements with others like yourself (i.e.Swee Hong, Clarabelle...).

3. Time
We will meet at 1330 at the HCA itself.

4. Programme Flow
1345-1400: Preparations including getting the patients to gather in
the hall
1400-1420: Opening address, photo-game (i.e. introductions)
1420-1500: Card-making and Origami Session (Polaroids to be taken
concurrently)
1500-1515: Presentation of gifts, photo-taking and farewell

5. Programme Details
Guess the baby photo-game to serve as an introduction.
NIEVIANs to teach patients how to make origami frogs, tortoises and
cranes so that patients can decorate their cards with their own hand-
made paper animals. Markers will also be provided to allow patients
to further decorate their cards.

7. Things to Do
a. Practice origami (Everyone going except the camerawomen). Everyone
should be skilled in making at least two of the three animals.

b. Email Win Sun baby photos (Ting Long, Michael, Veron, Zhe Hong,
Daniel)
c. Insert celebrity photos (1 to 2) in the middle of NIEVIANs baby
photos and remove Arly's photo (Win Sun)

d. Prepare sample cards and actual cards (Shaun)
e. Buy polaroid film (Yu Hui/Theng Theng)
f. Buy origami paper (Shaun)
g. Buy markers (Shaun)

8. Things to Bring (If you have at home please bring and let me know
asap so I wun buy!)
a. Double-sided tape to stick animals (x2 per table = x6)
b. Markers
c. Origami paper
d. Scissors (x2 per table = x6)
e. Flower sticker name tags
f. Pre-made Origami Animals + Flowers (Ting Long, Veron and those who
took home to make)
g. Polaroid Camera + Film (Yu Hui)
h. Video Camera with corresponding recording device (Theng Theng)
i. Laptop for baby photo game (Win Sun)

I think that should be about all...Do let me know if I have missed
anything out. Special thanks to Yu Hui (Yi Hwee) for taking minutes
and uploading and to Veron for teaching us how to make the cranes and
