Final Briefing and Reminders before HCA Visit

Hey NIEVIANs,

Here are some reminders:

1. Meet at HCA at 1330 SHARP! (We should end by 1600 latest)
2. Wear blue orientation t-shirt
3. Please know how to fold at least two of the three paper animals
(Links have been provided in earlier posts)
4. Bring your ready-made paper animals (if you made some at
home...Ting Long, please bring those we made during our last meeting)
5. Bring colouring materials (Everyone and anyone if you have)
6. Bring scissors to cut paper (Everyone and anyone if you have)
7. Bring origami paper (applicable only to those who took home paper
to practise...Please bring the unused papers to HCA)
8. I will give opening message and Cecilia will be my Mandarin/Hokkien
translator (Veron and Michael please stand by asTeochew and Cantonese
translators respectively)
9. Win Sun, you will deliver the introductory game...If need be, find
someone to click slides for you...Is that okay?
10. Michael, Veron and myself will be the master teachers for the
origami session...I forsee that they will end up just colouring the
cards BUT we play by ear okay...So just start off teaching how to fold
and in the end, if you see that it is too difficult for them then just
ask them to colour the cards and we will provide them the pre-made
paper animals)


As for the other items like polaroid camera and film, I trust that the
people in charge know what to bring and will bring the necessary
items...That's all I guess...Cya Friday!
