- Individual Reflections – Rename the file to your full names
- Rizman – Video (I need the full video file)
- Ting Long & Admin Team – Booth plans (description? Put it as Minutes), Slides, Poster (softcopy) & any other materials used (i.e.: the content write-ups regarding the project for the Booth)
- Michael – Financial Report (also vet through the content with me on Tuesday)
Miscellaneous:
I assume the Programme details & Project Description from Shaun is the finalized stuff for Programs & Project Description? Nothing else? He emailed me already.
Presentation slides (for Dr. Ellis - done by me, presenters will be Shaun & Rizman) settled. They will ask her about our last debriefing meeting.
Artefacts
– Shaun, I received the Part 1, is there any other parts? I included the Heritage Race & Baker’s Challenge as well – any others?
- Left stuff from Admin Team – remember to take pics of the Booth!
Minutes settled (by me) – last call for minutes (by Sunday). I recategorized them into General Meetings, Sub-meetings (the 3 Brainstorming teams we had, Production & Admin). However, there is no minutes yet for Admin. 2 for Production and around 4 for Brainstorming. General Meetings, there are 7.
