Hi,

Just to share with you guys that we are supposed to hand the document (attached) to MOE. Forms A & D, by mid March, hardcopy - postage mail. Even if you don't need to declare anything, just mark NIL and post. 

This has nothing to do with GESL, but thought you all should take note and could pass to your friends as well.

Annual Declarations of Interest in Investments & Properties & Non-indebtedness/indebtedness

Details: Dear student teachers, On Behalf of Vital.org To uphold the integrity of the Civil Service, all civil servants are required to make annual declarations of the following:          a)        Interest in Investments and Properties; and          b)        Non-Indebtedness/Indebtedness 2        The Annual Declaration Exercise 2010 will commence from 08 Feb 2010 onwards. All student teachers and trainee Allied Educators are required to submit their hardcopy returns to VITAL.org by 15 March 2010. The hardcopy forms can be found in Annex F of the circular as attached below.  3        All officers must submit the following returns during the Annual Declaration Exercise: (i)        the Declaration of Investments; and  (ii)        the Declaration of Non-Indebtedness/Indebtedness .  A ‘Nil’ return is required for these two declarations even if officers do not have any investments or are free from financially embarrassment.  4        Disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against officers who fail to submit their declarations by 15 March 2010 asstated in para 8 of this circular.

For everyone's ease and benefit, I have attached the circular in this email. Do take a look and submit the hard copy to MOE.
