Those in Production team: Rizman, Yuhui, Theng Theng, Puay Hoon, Vivien, Zhehong, Joshua, Yongyi, Clarabelle, Win Sun, Richard

The rest in Admin.

(2) I have access to the Gesl Pbwiki, please ensure you all have as well and UPLOAD any minutes that are pending. we will be printing them soon. thanks. 


(3) download the attachments and read before wed's 10.30am meeting. the checklist for final submission and template for final reflections.

consolidate any artefacts used/produced as well: the initial project proposal, financial & fundraising reports, video, photos, brochures (?) for program details and the presentation slides. and whatever else.

upload into the gesl pbwiki.. all burnt in a CD at the end. 

if the files too big, pass to me/shaun/riz on wed.

hey got this from another gesl group and thought it would be useful:

Service-Learning Day will be held on 21th September 2010 (Tuesday), 2.30am – 4.30pm. Classes will be cancelled on 21st September from 2.30am – 4.30pm for all PGDE (Sec/JC), Jan 2010 intake student teachers to facilitate full participation by GESL groups. There will also be a tea reception for all.
