Requirement Locations: Chennai, Tamilnadu
1. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering (Press Shop / Stamping Shop) - 3 ~ 10 years’ experience in Production Engineering / project handling of press equipment for new plant development and new model launch activity, Project management of stamping equipment’s installation , Commissioning& Trails, Hand on experience for New plant layout Preparation &New Model launches. B.E/B.Tech or D.M.E Mechanical Engineering /Automobile engineering.
2. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Die Design / Tool Design (Press Shop / Stamping Shop) - BE Mechanical / Production or Tool design specialized Diploma, B.E : 3 to 6 Years ; Diploma: 4-8 years of experience in Automotive Huge stamping Die design with a strong technical background. This role is to ‘Execute Die design’ of Automotive Stamping big Parts dies & Provide all Check sheets & deliver to customer PDM server for Global & India car models as per Alliance (R&N) standards and procedures.
3. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Stamping Part Development (Simulation) - Tool & die making Diploma /Post Diploma (NTTF/GTTC, GRTC/CITD/ etc) / BE Mechanical, 6-8 years of experience in stamping simulation activities with a technical background. To carryout Method Planning, Formability simulation and Simultaneous Engineering of Stamping parts. Should be capable of handling Stamping Body Parts Method Plan, Die face Modelling & Formability Simulation. Experience in various CAD modelling software’s, preferably UG-NX. Understanding of GD & T, part drawing tolerances. Capable to Work on MS Office tools like Report making & Preparing Presentation. Tool Design Education background will be an added advantage. Knowledge on Actual die trails & online countermeasure ability can also an added advantage.
4. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering (BIW / Body Shop / Weld Shop) - 3 ~ 10 years’ experience in Production Engineering / project handling of welding equipment for new plant development and new model launch activity, Project management of bodyshop equipment’s installation , Commissioning& Trails, Hand on experience for New plant layout Preparation &New Model launches. B.E/B.Tech or D.M.E Mechanical Engineering /Automobile engineering.
5. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering (Trim and Chassis Assembly) - 3 ~ 10 years’ experience in Trim and Chassis -Process Engineering – Planning, Preparing Process Documents, Tools & jigs for Mfg dept and ensuring that the quality, cost and timeline target pertaining to individual Zone(Exterior/Interior/Chassis) of Functioning for the projects as NPES - QCT KPI Targets. BE(Mechanical/Electrical)with knowledge of Automobile Manufacturing.
6. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Assist devices / Manipulator / Gripper development - 6 to 8 years’ Hands-on & Full time experience in Automotive OEM in Design, Development, Installation & commissioning and Troubleshooting of Assist devices or experience in Assist device Manufacturers in executing projects to Automotive OEMs. B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in CATIA V5/Enovia or Equivalent.
7. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering (Engine Assembly) - 3 ~ 10 years’ experience in Engine Assembly -Process Engineering – Planning, Preparing Process Documents, Tools & jigs for Mfg dept and ensuring that the quality, cost and timeline target pertaining to individual Zone(Exterior/Interior/Chassis) of Functioning for the projects as NPES - QCT KPI Targets. BE(Mechanical/Electrical)with knowledge of Automobile Manufacturing.
8. Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Installation & Commissioning of Engine Testing Facility - 3 ~ 10 years’ experience in Engine Testing -Process Engineering – contributing in Engine Testing Green field Projects & Existing test bench modifications of Plants.
