NIEM EDemocracy at NALIT event in October, Portland

I will be attending the NALIT PDS event in Portland, early October:

I met some of the NALIT folks at NCSL in August and talked a little
about the NIEM EDemocracy effort. I will continue the conversation at
NALIT with a view to getting more of the actual IT staff at State
Legislatures to help us out.
