Wipro is hiring passouts of - 2011/12/13 batches. The drive is scheduled on Monday the 17th February 2014 at our college VVCE, Mysore. You are requested to please inform your students about the drive.

Interested students may confirm their participation by registering at VVCE TAP before Saturday the 15th February 2014 by 12 noon. The reporting time on Monday is at 9.30 am at TAP Department, 'E' Block, VVCE, Mysore.

The numbers are huge (they have a requirement of more than 100 FTE).

The Client is Telecom Giant and they have a process Solitaire.

 

Solitaire: Where individual Mobile/ IPTV/ Broadband bills are more than Rs. 5000 per month.

 

So the customers who would be calling will be very high profile, premium and niche customers. (Film Actors, Sport Personalities, Politicians, Big Corporate Professionals, etc.). They would expect a very high level of understanding, very good customer service and very good communication skills.

Shifts	Mostly day shifts with 25% night shifts (Female during production will only have day shifts)…  during training it could be evening shifts due to lab shortage due to ramp

Transport	Will be provided for Odd hours (Between 8Pm to 8Am)
Others	Should not be currently working in existing Airtel process… However, any relieved candidate is ok

 

The rounds of interview are:

 1)     Basic Screening.

2)     Written Technical Test : (Based on hardware & networking)
