As disccused, eLitmus is conducting a pH test center at Mysore on 31st March 2013 for the benefit of capable candidates in and around Mysore.
We are also pleased to share with you that in view of the good performance of NIE, Mysore candidates in the previous years, we would be providing a scholarship of Rs. 250 to the 2013 batch students of NIE, Mysore.
You may share this information among you student pool and the interested candidates can follow the registration process(enclosed at the end of the mail) to register, apply for the pH test & obtain scholarship for the same. The last date for registration is 28th March 2013. Ensure that all the interested students register by this date.
Also attached is a notice in pdf format which can be put up on the notice board for the benefit of NIE, Mysore students.
Steps to claim eLitmus Scholarship
(Keep Xth, XIIth and UG/PG mark sheets handy for calculating percentage marks that are mandatory to be filled during registration.)
1. Visit www.elitmus.com and register by filling in your profile.
2. Log into your account. Go to Tests-> All Tests and apply to the 31st March 2013 test at Mysore.
3. Note down your “pH test registration id”(Starts from EL).
4. Mail the registration id to premier@elitmus.com with the subject line “For scholarship | NIE, Mysore”. Your mail should reach us by 22nd March 2013.
5. Our team from back end will reduce the fees to Rs.500 at the earliest and you can make the test payment after the fee is reduced.
6. Last date for payment is 28th March 2013 11:59 pm.

We have approved the scholarship requests from NIE students. The list of the candidates is enclosed below, request you to share the same with your student community.
The fee for these students has been reduced to Rs.500. So they may proceed to pay the same fees and confirm their seat for the test.

- Guessing the answers in the pH test – Yea or Nay?
The pH test follows a differential negative marking scheme. Read at www.elitmus.com/ph_test/more_about_pH_test & decide.
- Mug up formulae – Yea or Nay?
All formulae will be in the question paper. Waste time in mugging up or use the time to strengthen your basics? - Your call.
- Good at Aptitude means Good at Technical – Yea or Nay?
The pH test measures your algorithmic thinking. How efficiently you approach a problem determines whether you can arrive at the answer or not. Remember the steps to write an algorithm?
- Gain knowledge by discussing with like-minded people – Yea or Nay?
There is a FORUMS tab in your eLitmus account where you may engage with your peers. Helpful or Not? – Again you are the decision maker.
