Dear Alumni,
Season's Greetings to you. I am herewith attaching 3 feedback forms which are urgently required for a survey for documentation and accreditation process(National Board of Accreditation).Some of you might have already done this but this is a revised version, so please fill it anyway.
Kindly make time to download the forms, fill it with relevant data and kindly scan the copies duly signed by your self for alumni feedback, employer's feedback along with relevant organization mail id of the person filling the form or company seal (if you are not working at present, you can skip this) and parents' feedback(you can fill this on behalf of your parents in their absence) and kindly send this back to me asap latest by 7th of this month.
It will be very valuable to us and we highly appreciate your reply at the earliest for the benefit of the department's growth for providing better education at our institution.Thanks in advance and Good day!
