Site Technology Leader & QA Supervisor – Bangpoo Plant basic salary at 60 – 100k++ or up to performance

Plant Capacity 55 staffs.

Reporting to Operation Manager

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is the Quality Management Representative (QMR) who is responsible for improving the overall Quality Management System of DCP Operation in Thailand.

The site technology leader is responsible for the baseline technical competency renewal Thailand. The site technology leader is responsible for the baseline technical competency renewal first quality yield.

Job Specifications:

- BA. in chemical or Chemical Engineering, ME or MBA is preferable. 

- At least 5 years exp. in manufacturing in a supervisory level is required.

- Proficiency in Spoken and written English communication is a must

- Good working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing

MAjor Accountabilities:

- Lead and development, implementation of technology improvement program with regional team.

- As QMR/QA to define and manage Capital Project to Drive Technology improvement, capital project leader who is expected to work with A/P DCP MCN Leader

- Lead Asset Productivities Improvement be best practices across the site. Six Sigma project, Kaizen Events and Point Kaizen.

 

Chief Engineer Basic 120 – 140k+Variable Bonus

Reporting to Plant Manager (Foreigner)

Supervised direct 4 Managers (Utilities, Automation, Safety Environment and facilities) 

Plant capacity about 800 staffs at Samrong, Phrapadang

- BE. in Engineering  or Higher

- At least 10 years experience in manufacturing with some experience in Foods, Pharma or Consumer product

- Age minimum 35 years old

- Strong in People Management

- Good Command in English
