Eurl is used to create spaces that users can search for and join.
You can add eu...@webex.bot to a group space in Webex.
Then, @mention the bot in the group space in Webex with one of the following commands:
I am not sure, if it would be really necessary to create an own plist for SSO for Webex . Maybe it could be necessary, because there is no official team identifier for Webex , but I found an identifier called "com.cisco.webex" and some extensions (like for example "meetingmanager") . If I am right, it would be enough, to attach the first part of the - let me say - global team identifier (like "com.cisco.webex.") to the list of allowed applications to the Single Sign-On function, to get the Microsoft login screen. I did this and it works flawless, but I did not find a way to fill in the user credentials automaticly (its email address and password). The Microsoft login screen comes up, but the users email address and its password is not filled in. Would this be possible with a separate plist, like you wrote?
When the user is starting Webex, the user have to fill in his email address in the first webex login window. That is ok for us, After he clicked on "continue", the Microsoft (Single Sign On) Login window appears.
On a College computer, launch the Webex app, and sign in with your College email address. On a personal computer, you can download the Webex app from -c.webex.com, scroll down without logging in, and use the Download button.
Personal room. Access through ecu.webex.com. Schedule or start an impromptu meeting through this online space. Good for one-on-one meetings. Share your unique URL to participants: ecu.webex.com/meet/.
It doesn't look like this is easy, or that webex is well supported in the HubSpot ecosystem. Connectors that I could find seem to be limited to creating/updating contacts etc and don't mention attendance and other metrics.
Thank you for the response. This was not a NAT issue. It ended up being the Application that was applied to the Security Rule for outbound traffic to the Internet for the Cisco Video Endpoints I had it filtered on "webex" only. Looks like the Cisco Video Endpoints also needed "cisco-spark" when registering to Cisco's Cloud. Once I added this element to the Application Group it worked as designed.
Cisco Webex Scheduler for Microsoft 365 makes it easy for you to schedule, start, and join Webex meetings and Personal Room meetings directly from Microsoft Outlook. When it's time to join, everyone can click the link in the calendar invitation or they can join from a video system or phone. You must have a paid Cisco Webex Meetings host account as well as a Microsoft 365 account. If you don't have a Webex Meetings account, go to www.webex.com to sign up for an account for you and your company.
How do we ensure we are getting connected to the right potato/backbone, is there a way to check the correct primary and secondary 66.X.X.X webex pickup servers, (The nearest in regards to the location geographically are listed, but we want to make sure)
Can you kindly assist if proper and convenient, by directing us to a resource who could spare some time evaluating the current connectivity we have, we are dealing with numerous quality issues with webex of late but are sure there is a remedy to it.
Student Accounts live on a different Webex instance named montana-student.webex.com. See the "Student Use of Webex" section below for more information on this as well as Account Creation Failed errors.
If a student attempt to sign in to their montana-student.webex.com account to attend a meeting hosted by a user from montana.webex.com, it will not work. Students will probably end up with an "Account Creation Failed" error.
A Student Worker can determine which instant they have by attempting to sign in to either site .i.e montana.webex.com or montana-student.webex.com. If they are a member of the instance, they will sign in successfully. If they are not a member of that instance they will receive an "Account Creation Failed" error.
NOTE: If you are having trouble logging into WebEx from the Desktop app, or if your recurring meeting is freezing when you log in with the Desktop app, go to calbaptist.webex.com and login there, then start your meeting from the web-based app. Then you can open the Desktop app.
