Experience: - 5 – 10 years

 

Qualification: - B.E.Civil

 

Interviews in Oman if shortlisted.

 

JD:-

1) Rate analysis, variation, budget, cash flow, billing, cost reconciliation, construction projects

2) Pre & post tendering, execution

3) Understanding of drawings and specifications.

4) Taking off quantities.

5) Preparation of rate build ups/rate analysis.

6) Taking quotations from suppliers and sub contractors.

7) Negotiation ability with suppliers/sub contractors.
