I find your profile suiting to one of the open positions in leading IPC (International Property Consultant) in Bengaluru.

 

Position/Role: Cost Consultant/ Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

 

Mandate includes:  

 

- Experience in fit out projects (commercial office space)

- Ability to prepare BOQs for interior works (MEP if the candidate can prepare is preferred , else should have an idea to prepare this)

- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time 

- Well versed with preparation of cost plans , trackers , Variation and change orders, rate analysis etc.(preferably having experience in dealing MNC clients) 

- Good communication skills.

 

Location: Bengaluru
