Annual graduation Ceremony on Friday 28th March, 2014 at NICMAR Pune



Dear Student,

On behalf of the National Institute of Construction Management and Research
NICMAR, I extend to you cordial invitation to attend the Annual Graduation
Ceremony of the Institute to be held on Friday 28th March, 2014 at NICMAR
Pune campus. During the Ceremony, the Title of "Post Graduate in Advanced
Construction Management" will be conferred on you and the Certificate of the
"Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management" will be
awarded to you, by our Chairman, BOG, Mr. Ajit Gulabchand. During the
Ceremony various medals and awards also will be given.


The Annual Graduation Ceremony will be held in formal attire. Dress code for
Gents - Shirt with Tie and Trousers and for Ladies - Sarees or Salwar Kurta.
For footwear: Shoes are compulsory for Gents. Ladies can have footwear of
their choice. Uttariya will be issued to you at the time of registration on
payment of Rs. 200/- at the registration desk and it is compulsory to wear
the Uttariya during the ceremony.



You are requested to be present at the Institutes' Pune Campus latest by
Friday, March 28, 2014 at or before 9.00 a.m. for a rehearsal and
finalization of the Ceremony which is very important. On arrival, you should
report at NICMAR lobby registration desk for further instructions. If you
fail to report by 9.00 am on March 28, you will not be able to receive your
Title and Certificate during the Ceremony. The Ceremony is expected to be
over by 9:00 p.m. You may arrive at Pune preferably on earlier day to avoid
delays.



If you opt for receiving the Title and the Certificate, in absentia, please

you have completed all formalities, including clearance of dues, etc.
