Urgent Nickelsville Update

Dear Friends:

At 5 PM yesterday the City posted 72-hour Notices of Violation (NOV)
at Nickelsville (at Daybreak Star Cultural Center), giving us until 5
PM Sunday to vacate.

Just now (2 PM Friday) the City agreed to re-post the NOV with a new
vacate deadline of NOON MONDAY.

It is VERY LIKELY there will be a Temporary Injunction Hearing Monday
morning. We Nickelodeans very much need your help in the following
ways:

1) Be prepared to attend the Temporary Injunction Hearing Monday
morning--good numbers of supporters are VERY helpful at these
hearings. We will post/email the details (when, where) as soon as the
hearing's been scheduled.

2) Plan to be at Nickelsville at Daybreak Star at noon Monday to help
us either move or resist. We will only move if the United Indians of
All Tribes Foundation asks us to leave; they have not done so, yet.

3) PLEASE call/email the United Indians of All Tribes Foundation and
THANK them for not asking Nickelsville to leave. Ask how you can help
them, and ask them to remain strong in their solidarity with us.
