DEB simulations for males?

Is there a way to make DEB simulations for males, instead of the default simulations for females?

Hi Urtzi,

Good question. The NicheMapR code is focused on females. But a DEB model for a male is the same as for a female, it's just the reproduction buffer is treated as energy invested in sperm (or perhaps also extra energy invested in running around fighting etc.). If you have male-specific parameter estimates you'd just use those instead (e.g., that lead to males becoming smaller or larger than females).
