Broken Help Viewer (A.K.A. Issue 26)

The help system is apparently still broken. I have a ~500K screen
capture of the problem showing the initial blank help screen, then the
correct help message shown for a short time, and finally the (probably
incorrect) error message indicating broken internet connectivity.

I have no idea if you are able to reproduce it, so please let me know
if you need it and if you want it attached to issue 26, or sent by
mail, or...?

PS Thanks for trying to keep NicePlayer alive. It is a clean smooth
viewer in the best tradition of the Mac UI.

I can reproduce it. I'll try and add it to the wiki in the time being,
apple help is kind of messed up, it's supposed try the internet and
see if theres a new version and then if not or it has problems with
the linked source (as in this case) it uses the html in the bundle. We
it opens the html in the bundle in safari and and says it doesn't have
a internet connection in help viewer. Go figure.
