One of the main reasons I started using NicePlayer is because it can
fullscreen itself on one external monitor without blacking out the
other monitor.

Basic setup: 22" widescreen LCD running at 1680x1050 (being used as
the primary monitor) and the 13" macbook screen (being used as the
extended area, not cloned output).

I've used NicePlayer with this setup for some time with no problems.
Seemingly out of nowhere it's been crashing on me every time I try to
move a video to the macbook's screen and put it into fullscreen mode
(within the past 2 - 3 days). I completely removed the app using
AppCleaner and reinstalled it yesterday. I was able to run one video
normally (fullscreened on the macbook) without a problem. Everything
I try since that crashes again.

UPDATE: Of course as soon as I try to post this I come up with a
possible solution. It appears this might be happening because of the
wallpaper rotation setting that is built in to OS X. Just a couple
days ago I set both wallpapers to rotate every 5 minutes. Disabling
this setting allows me to run videos again in the way I described
above (so far, anyway).

Update again: Disabling the wallpaper rotation did not actually fix
this problem. One video played fine afterwards, then back to
crashing.

More info: Starting the video on the larger screen, changing the size
a little bit, and then moving it to the macbook screen allowed it to
go into fullscreen without a problem.
