南瓜、豬肉絲、薑片。
調味料: 鹽、醬油。
作法: 南瓜洗淨,去皮和子,切成塊狀,備用。
肉絲以醬油拌醃十分鐘。
以沙拉油爆香薑片,然後放入肉絲及鹽,略炒
一分鐘,再加入南瓜,略炒2分鐘,加水,蓋上
鍋蓋,以小火悶煮十分鐘,待南瓜熟軟即可。
