原料: 牛肉,八角
做法:
1把牛肉切成拳头大形状(不要切成片或条,大块牛肉便于卤)
2将牛肉洗净,
放入沸水内烫一下,牛肉变色就可以取出了
3放油,
油少稍微热放糖,等糖融化变红色,下牛肉,翻动下牛肉让其上色
4上完色,放酱油,水(莫过牛肉就可以了),放八角
5盖上锅盖,水开后瓢去浮状物,依个人口味加盐,
糖(也可以不放糖,因为家里吃的 较甜)
6再盖上锅盖转为小火煮,煮至汁完全出味即可,把牛肉取出切片摆盘
此方法使用于各种卤物,如猪肉,牛肚,蛋等
