Call Reminder: Sunday (5/16) at 5pm Pacific

hi all,

Just a quick reminder about our call this Sunday.  In case you need them here are the call number and pass code:

• The number is: 702-473-3463
• The pass code is: 727244

Also here is the agenda for the call:

5/16 Call Outline:

• 5 mins: Welcome and highs and lows
  
• 10 mins: Review Snapshot Update 
  
• 5 mins: Overview of timeline (week 1 = training, week 2-7 is program, week 8 = gathering)
• 25 mins: Identify Objectives (connect goals to concrete actions, explain objectives tab)
• How to make the goal into actions --> establish objectives
  
• What other goals do we need to add and objectives for them
  
• 15 mins: Objectives --> roles 

Also, there have been a couple things sent out in the last day or so.  First was an email from me with the NICE SOS 2010 Snapshot Update (which I have attached again in case you missed the last email), and second was an email giving you all access to the google document we are using to keep notes from our calls and to create agendas for future calls (Coordinator Conference Calls).   

I have also attached a NICE SoS 2010 Funding Proposal that we submitted to the Carpenter Foundation.  If you haven't read over one of our funding proposals you should try to read through this one before our call on Sunday.  It is about 2 pages long and should be a pretty quick and informative read.  I think that between the Snapshot Update and the Funding Proposal you should get a pretty clear idea of where things stand and what has been planned for the summer.

Hello Everyone,

I am again unable to make the call tomorrow because I will be on a
flight back to the beautiful west coast. I realize this is an
important meeting and will do what I can to make up for lost time. I
apologize for the inconvenience and I will be in touch about the call

I'm traveling with some friends down in Santa Cruz and may be unable
