New Framework for Measuring ICT Impact on Resilience

RABIT – the Resilience Assessment Benchmarking and Impact Toolkit – is a new framework for measurement of resilience.

 

It has specifically been applied to measure e-resilience: the contribution of ICTs to wider resilience.
