The recently published paper, “Analysing Urban Community Informatics from a Resilience Perspective” presents a systematic new framework for urban resilience: http://www.ci-journal.net/index.php/ciej/article/view/1108/1135
Applying this model, it investigates ways in which community informatics technologies can strength or weaken urban resilience.
Future work will report on field-testing of the model in urban Central America, and we welcome enquiries about future research and practice collaborations to further refine and test the model.
