"ICTs and Climate Change Adaptation: Enabling Innovative Strategies" is written for policy makers and strategic planners in senior climate change and ICT4D roles.
 
It provides guidance on integrating ICTs into national and sectoral processes of climate change adaptation.
 
The briefing explains:
 
- The five ways in which ICTs can support national adaptation plans such as NAPAs.
 
- Support provided by ICTs for specific sectoral adaptation strategies.
 
- Five guiding principles in strategic application of ICTs for climate change adaptation.
 
- Action steps that need to be taken.
